At Phonics Ki Pathshala, we aim to provide high-quality phonics training, resources, books, and digital learning support to parents, teachers, and trainers.
Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔵 1. Digital Courses, Memberships & Trainings
All our online courses, video lessons, memberships, digital downloads, and training programs (Silver, Gold, TTT, workshops, masterclasses, etc.) come with instant access.
Therefore, all digital products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Silver Membership
Gold Membership
Train The Trainer Program
Online phonics courses
Video lessons
Worksheets, PDFs, and digital resources
Masterclasses & workshops
Community access
Once the payment is completed, no cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
🔵 2. Books: "I am learning to read - 0 to 4 (Set of 5 Books)
Books and physical products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of:
✔ Physically damaged product on arrival
✔ Wrong product delivered
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product
A replacement will be issued for the same item.
No refunds will be provided for physical products.
We do not endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted on the Site by our users and we are not responsible, and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any information or materials posted by others, including defamatory, offensive or illicit material, even material that violates these Terms.
🔵 3. Payment Issues
If you are charged twice for the same product due to a technical error, please contact us with payment proof.
Once verified, the extra payment will be refunded.
🔵 4. No Refund for Lack of Usage
We do not offer refunds if:
You do not access the course
You forget to attend live sessions
You change your mind
Your schedule changes
You feel you “don’t have time right now”
You expected different teaching pace or style
All purchase decisions should be made carefully.
🔵 5. Platform Responsibility (TagMango)
Since all courses, memberships, and payments are hosted on TagMango, you agree that:
Access will follow TagMango’s policies
Your data is managed securely by TagMango
No refund will be issued once access is granted
